How we hold your trail.

Sentiera is a learning product at sentiera.work.gd. We design day-by-day paths, keep your study sessions, and help you stay on the trail.

This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

You sign in with Google. We receive the name, email address, and profile image Google shares with us, and we store them so you can return to the same path.

The product only works if we keep the path you asked for. That record stays tied to your account.

Calendar sync is optional. If you connect it, we ask Google for permission to create and update events that match your learning sessions.

We store the tokens needed to keep that connection working, plus the time you connected and the time of the last sync. We do not read unrelated events on your calendar.

Sessions, streaks, badges, and XP are stored so your journey page can show what you have earned.

The leaderboard shows a display name, level, XP, and streak. If you have not set a name, we show “Traveler.”

If you choose a paid tier, we store the tier, status, period dates, and a payment record. Card numbers are never stored in full. We keep only the last four digits, the cardholder name you entered, the amount, and whether the payment succeeded.

Some parts of Sentiera are visible beyond your account, and only when you take that step.

We use the information to run your account, build and update learning paths, sync the calendar when you ask, show progress, process a subscription, and keep the service reliable.

Roadmap and quiz generation may send the goal and plan details you provided to an AI provider so the path can be written. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep account and learning records while your account is active and for as long as we need them to operate Sentiera, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal duty. You can ask us to delete the account data we hold for you.

You can disconnect calendar sync in Settings, stop sharing a path, and sign out of the browser. To review or delete your account data, write to us at the address below.

Sentiera is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
